BMW Motorrad To Launch The 2023 S 1000 RR In India on December 10
The 2023 BMW S 1000 RR is an updated version of BMW Motorrad's flagship superbike, launched at the BMW JoyTown event in Delhi. With more tech, increased power, and significant styling updates, the 2023 S 1000 RR aims to stay at the forefront of the superbike market. Priced starting from ₹20.30 lakh (ex-showroom), this model is available in three variants and several color options, including Blackstorm Metallic, Racing Red Non-Metallic, and the iconic BMW Motorsport colors in Light White Non-Metallic
The design of the 2023 S 1000 RR has received substantial updates, giving it an even sportier appearance. The front-end now features winglets, similar to the M 1000 RR, which improve downforce and reduce the bike's tendency to wheelie during hard acceleration. The rear section has also been tweaked for a sharper, more aggressive look.
In addition to the aesthetic changes, the chassis has been optimized for better lateral flexibility. The main frame now has several openings, and the steering head angle has been flattened by 0.5 degrees, while the offset of the triple clamps has been reduced by 3 mm. These changes enhance precision and feedback from the front wheel, providing a more connected riding experience.
