The 2017 Los Angeles Motor Show has a host of new launches to watch out for and catching our attention is the latest offering from Land Rover. The British car maker has pulled the wraps off the new Range Rover SVAutobiography at the LA Auto Show, which is the newest and most luxurious SUV to come from the company. The latest offering is the result of JLR Special Vehicle Operations and packs in the best of luxury you would want in a car.
The uber luxurious SUV is available exclusively in the long wheelbase edition (LWB) that ensures it's occupants have acres of space to laze around in the second row. The SVAutobiography also packs in aircraft inspired seats, while retaining the brand's famed off-road capabilities.

The Range Rover SVAutobiography has been updated for 2018 and being an LWB version, customers get more than 1.2 metres or 47 inches of legroom at their disposal with a 40-degree recline. The cabin gets airline inspired. 'Executive Class' seats, which also offer 'hot stone massage function' and heated calf and foot rest. Yes, that's what the extra 0000s in the bank can get you.
Furthermore, the rear tables at the back are electrically deployed and feature integrated 10-inch touchscreens. There's also 4G WiFi connectivity, a fridge integrated into the rear seats; buttons to close the doors for days when you aren't being chauffeured, and a clock by Zenith. The 2018 Range Rover SVAutobiography also benefits from new Land Rover's new Touch Pro Duo infotainment system. The unit uses two 10-inch touchscreens and was first revealed on the all-new Land Rover Velar earlier this year.

Under the hood, Land Rover says the Range Rover SVAutobiography uses an updated 5-litre supercharged V8 engine tuned for 557 horses. The automaker has also introduced a plug-in hybrid version with 50 kilometres of electric range on the SUV. With all that power, the SVAutobiography is quick and can sprint from 0-100 kmph in 5.2 seconds.
