The 2019 Porsche Macan facelift has officially gone on sale in India, with the prices starting at Rs. 69.98 lakh (ex-showroom, India). The updated 2019 model comes in two trim options - Macan and Macan S, with the latter being priced at Rs. 85.03 lakh (ex-showroom, India). The facelifted Porsche Macan comes with several updates, including revisions to the design, comfort, connectivity and even driving dynamics. The exterior of the 2019 Porsche Macan comes with considerable changes taking inspiration from the new generation Cayenne that made its India debut earlier this year. The SUV also gets a comprehensively revamped and now appears wider. Porsche offers four exterior colour choices - Mamba Green Metallic, Dolomite Silver Metallic, Miami Blue and Crayon.
2019 Porsche Macan gets full LED headlamps as standard along with four-point LED DRLs
One of the most striking features on the exterior of the 2019 Porsche Macan are the revised headlamps, which now come with LED technology along the carmaker's signature four-point LED daytime running lamps as standard. The SUV also comes with a three-dimensional LED light panel on the rear of the vehicle is also incorporated in the new range.

The Porsche Macan also comes with new 20- and 21-inch wheels with an array of customization option, with five different design options to choose from. The standard unit seen here is a five-spoke alloy wheels.
2019 Porsche Macan gets optional GT sports steering wheel inspired by the one on the Porsche 911
The cabin has also been updated, which now gets new interior packages with more with customisation option. The SUV gets premium Alcantara seat covers, while the steering wheel, selector lever and armrests are finished in standard leather. Additionally, Porsche also offers full-leather interiors as an option, along with optional GT sports steering wheel inspired by the one on the Porsche 911. The SUV also gets a mode switch integrated into the steering wheel - including Sport Response button - is part of the optional Sport Chrono Package.
2019 Porsche Macan facelift gets a bigger 10.9-inch infotainment system
The 2019 Porsche Macan also comes with the new Porsche Communication Management (PCM) featuring a bigger 10.9-inch infotainment system, updated from a 7.1-inch display, as standard. The new design boasts full-HD resolution and a personalisable start screen. The system also comes with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay and optional Bose and Burmester sound systems. There will also be the Porsche Connect Plus module to make every vehicle fully connected along with the new 'off-road precision' app that can record and analyse off-road experiences on the Macan.

Power on the Porsche Macan facelift will come from two engine options. There are now two variants available - Macan and Macan S with the base version powered by a 2.0-litre turbo petrol motor tuned for 247 bhp and 370 Nm of peak torque. The Macan S uses the 3.0-litre V6 that belts out 345 bhp and 480 Nm of peak of torque. Both engines are paired with a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission. The Macan S is capable of running from 0-100 kmph in 5.1 seconds with the Sports Chrono package, while the top speed is 254 kmph.

For improved driving dynamics, the 2019 Porsche comes with revamped chassis increasing driving pleasure, offering stability and improved comfort thanks to newly developed mixed-size tyres, enhanced brakes and the intelligent all-wheel drive Porsche Traction Management (PTM) system. All combined the Macan feels even more like a sports car than ever before. The company also offers the option for upgrading the suspension to Porsche Active Suspension Management in place of the standard air suspension.
