2023 Honda City Facelift: Variants Explained
Key Highlights
  • 2023 Honda City now gets ADAS in standard petrol variants
  • Engines updated to meet RDE norms
  • Petrol City now available in new SV trim; City e:HEV in new V trim

Honda has launched the 2023 Honda City facelift in India. Aside from some cosmetic updates, the 2023 City receives updated RDE-compliant engines, some new features and even new entry variants. The updates have been rolled in for both the standard Honda City and the City e:HEV hybrid with prices for both starting from Rs 11.49 lakh and Rs 18.89 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi) respectively. Interestingly this makes the starting prices of both models lower than before though prices for the remaining variants have been hiked by up to Rs 50,000. Honda has partly achieved this with the introduction of a new Honda City SV trim and the City e:HEV V variant. The pre-facelift models was available from the V trim onwards while the e:HEV was available solely in top-spec ZX trim. Now, the question that arises is, what do you get in each variant? We take a look.
