The petrol engine is a 1.5-litre Ti-VCT 120 bhp motor tuned to make 120 bhp, while the oil burner is Ford's reliable 1.5-litre TDCi 99 bhp diesel engine. The Mahindra XUV300 is one of the safest cars currently on sale in India. The subcompact SUV is based offered with a choice of petrol and diesel engines.
