Hyundai Introduces Phase 2 of Happy Move - Save Our Heritage Initiative
Hyundai Motor India recently launched the second phase of its CSR campaign - Happy move - 'Save our heritage' at four Heritage sites in Delhi. The initiative was undertaken in collaboration with the Archeological survey of India and involves a school contact program for reaching out to school students.

Hyundai Motor India recently launched the second phase of its CSR campaign - Happy move - 'Save our heritage' at four Heritage sites in Delhi. The initiative was undertaken in collaboration with the Archeological survey of India and involves a school contact program for reaching out to school students. The South Korean automaker conducted an awareness drive between July 11-21. with over 100 happy move youth global volunteers at the heritage sites of Hantar Mantra, Qutub Kumar, Old Fort and Hafiz Khaz The volunteers undertook maintenance activities to preserve the amenities, gardens and also conducted awareness drives to educate the visitors about the value of the heritage sites.
Further to spread the message amongst children, Volunteers conducted school contact Programme at 4 Delhi schools -Tamil association senior secondary school at Modhi Estate, R K Puram, INA market and Mandir Margam. Volunteers Will conduct school premises cleaning, School wall designing , maintenance of gardens and design competitions to generate a creative and innovative study environment.
Speaking on the CSR program's second phase, Rakesh Srivastava, Senior Vice President - Sales and market, Hyundai Motor India said, " Hyundai in partnership with the Archeological survey of India is leading to make as on-ground impact in thinking and generating importance for our rich heritage. The association for our save our heritage campaign will help us to reach out to masses on the significance of our heritage. We believe heritage is a universal asset that influences and inspires people of all ages and backgrounds. 'Happy Move ' is a step to save our heritage by sensitizing the people to under the value of our heritage in our lives for which, we are conducting maintenance programs at four Heritage sites of national significance"
Mr. B S Jong Director sales and marketing Hyundai who was also there at occasion said "We respect the Indian history so with the small events we want to improve Indian historical monument and everything. We want to give the actual Indian history to the people so by these small events but we will improve furthermore. Also we will extend these events every year."
