Kia India has announced the new 'Satisfaction Guarantee Scheme' for the Carnival MPV customers across the country. The first-of-its-kind initiative will allow private buyers of the premium offering to return the vehicle within the first 30 days of ownership if they are not pleased with the purchase. The automaker says the offer will be valid across all variant of the Kia Carnival. It will cover 95 per cent of the ex-showroom cost and overhead costs incurred for the registration and finances of the vehicle.

Speaking on the industry-first initiative, Tae-Jin Park, Executive Director & CSBO, Kia India, said, "Last month, we introduced our new brand purpose of inspiring consumers through products and services, and their experiences with the brand. The 'Satisfaction Guarantee Scheme' is the first step to bring this purpose to life and is designed to offer a differentiated Kia ownership experience to our customers, prioritizing their peace of mind during these testing times. The growing popularity of our class-leading MPV has been extremely encouraging for us and this initiative aims to enhance customer belief in Kia Carnival even further."

In order to be eligible for the offer, customers who've bought the Kia Carnival need to make sure that they do not cross the 1500 km mark on the odometer during the 30 day period after the purchase. Moreover, the vehicle needs to be free of damages, failures pending claims for the car to be returnable. The owner's agreement for the transfer of the vehicle including all documentation and charges, need to be in the name of a person. Additionally, the vehicle needs to be free from any hypothecation and the finance needs to submit a NOC for the vehicle.

The Kia Carnival was launched in India in February 2020 at the Auto Expo and is the flagship offering from the Korean auto giant. The model is positioned at the premium end of the MPV segment but does bring enhanced luxury and value for its customers. The company says it has so far sold over 6200 units of the Carnival with the Limousine variant contributing about 60 per cent to the total sales.
The Kia Carnival is priced between Rs. 24.95 lakh and Rs. 33.95 lakh (ex-showroom, India)
The Kia Carnival is offering in 7,8, or 9 seater options, with the Limousine variant getting the cabin seats in the second row. The individual seats are inspired by first-class air travel cabins with top-notch quality and comfort at the centre. The suspension has also been tuned well to maximise cabin comfort with barely any undulations coming through, something we found out when we drove the car last year. Prices for the Kia Carnival begin from Rs. 24.95 lakh, going up to Rs. 33.95 lakh (all prices, ex-showroom India).
