Called Nexa, Maruti intends to open several such showrooms across India that will retail only the company's premium models. Since the company hopes to engage the monetarily-endowed, these showrooms are expected to provide an improved experience to buyers.

With that being said, it is interesting to note that Maruti Suzuki recently rolled out its 15 millionth car in India (read more), and most of the major contributors for that milestone have been budget cars like the Alto, 800, and the WagonR. So though the small/budget cars are raking in good numbers for the company, it is yet concentrating on more premium models like the Celerio, Swift, and Ciaz among others.
