Max Verstappen, son of successful Dutch F1 driver - Jos Verstappen, is set to become the youngest driver in Formula One history next year as the Dutch teenager replaces Jean-Eric Vergne to join Daniil Kvyat at Scuderia Toro Rosso. Verstappen will start driving for the team from 2015, aged just 17.

Max won the World KZ championship in 2013, and started testing various single seater cars soon after. He went on to race in the Florida Winter Series, before driving for Van Amersfoort Racing in the 2014 FIA European Formula 3 Championship. Verstappen, despite being a rookie, has won 8 races so far in the Formula 3 European Championship. If that's not a shot at the title, I don't know what is.
Talking about his entry into the world of Formula One, Max said, "Ever since I was seven years old, Formula 1 has been my career goal, so this opportunity is truly a dream come true."
He will make his Formula One debut with Torro Rosso at the 2015 Australian Grand Prix.
