Brabus is one of the greatest tuners of Mercedes AMG line of vehicles. The world over it is known for its adaptations of the G-Wagon but this time around they have taken a stab at something new. Brabus has modified the new Mercedes Benz EQS which has also been launched in India. In particular, Brabus has modified the EQS 450 which gets a custom aerodynamic body kit that has been designed in the wind tunnel.
This means the EQS 450 is more efficient than the stock version beating out its record breaking drag coefficient of 0.20. Brabus says that the drag coefficient goes down by a further 7.2 per cent thanks to the new body kit. All the custom body parts are made out of carbon and have a glossy matte finish to them.
There is also an air deflector on the back which is on the wheel arches that enhances air flow. Brabus has also added a front spoiler lip and a diffuser on the rear. Brabus says its additions enhance range by 7 per cent when the car is at speeds of 100 kmph to 140 kmph. This EQS also gets monobloc wheels which have been modified for it and now come in 20 and 22 inch sizes.
Brabus has also tweaked the air suspension to reduce ride height by 15 mm at the front and 20 mm on the back. There are a myriad of options to personalise the interior as customers can choose all kinds of leathers. There are also scuff plates with an illuminated Brabus logo which can be either had in aluminium and carbon pedals.
