The 2021 Jawa 42 gets some cosmetic and feature updates, with a blacked out engine, blacked out alloy wheels shod with tubeless tyres, and some other minor cosmetic changes. And yes, the most affordable Jawa is still the Forty-Two, but it's called the Jawa Forty-Two, while the updated one with alloy wheels, new body graphics is called the Jawa 42. Essentially, they are both the same bikes, with the same engine, chassis and bodywork, but get some minor changes, like the blacked out treatment, alloy wheels and so on. The Jawa Forty-Two with wire-spoke wheels is still the most-affordable Jawa motorcycle, with prices beginning at ₹ 1.69 lakh (Ex-showroom) for the single-channel ABS variant, and ₹ 1.78 lakh (Ex-showroom) for the dual-channel ABS variant. The Jawa 42 with the blacked out engine and alloy wheels with tubeless tyres, dual-channel ABS variant is priced at ₹ 1.91 lakh (Ex-showroom).
