Royal Enfield has confirmed that there will be two additional models coming based on the company’s 350 cc platform. As per a chart shown by the company at the media briefing for the new Hunter 350, the two new variants will be based on the Classic 350. One we know will be the new-gen Bullet 350, the last of the previous generation 350 models to be updated.
The near-production new-gen Bullet 350 was recently caught testing with minimal camouflage revealing its design. The styling remained close to that of the Classic 350 though with a notable lack of chrome in the bodywork. The instrument cluster was integrated into the top of the headlamp casing while the Classic’s split-seat was replaced by a stepped single-piece unit and a simple rear grab handle. The overall design looked to have minimal changes over the outgoing model with elements such as the twin-pilot lights on either side of the headlamp, teardrop fuel tank and pea-shooter exhaust all being carried forward into the new bike’s design. The rear fender though gets small tweaks over that of the outgoing Bullet with a circular style stop lamp replacing the square unit.

The company has confirmed two variants of the Classic 350 with one set to be the new Bullet 350
As with all new 350 models, the new Bullet will be built on the new dual-cradle frame and use the now familiar 349 cc, J Series engine that develops 20.2 bhp at 6,100 rpm, and 27 Nm at 4,000 rpm in the Classic 350.
Coming to the second model, while there are no concrete details on it yet, the silhouette reveals little has changed as compared to the Bullet and Classic 350. The most notable difference is the single-rider seat hinting that this new model could be targeted at taking on bobbers such as the Jawa Perak in the market.

The new Bullet 350 has already been seen in near-production spec
Like with the Classic 350, the new bike too will be powered by the same J Series engine with output here too likely to remain unchanged over the rest of the range. Royal Enfield could however tune the engine power delivery and gearing specific to the bike.

The Bullet 350 is expected to launch in the coming months with the second 350 cc model expected to follow.
