Royal Enfield has increased the prices of the Interceptor 650 and the Continental GT 650. All variants/colour options of the Interceptor 650 and Continental GT 650 get a price hike of up to Rs. 6,809. This is the third price hike that the motorcycles get in 2021. Previously the 650 Twins got a price hike in January 2021 and then in April 2021. Apart from the increase in prices, the motorcycles stay the same as before, with no changes to the specifications or features. Refer to the tables below for complete prices. Prices for the 2021 Royal Enfield Interceptor 650 begin at Rs. 2.81 lakh (Ex-showroom)
Both the Interceptor 650 and the Continental GT 650 continue to be powered by the same 649 cc, parallel-twin engine which makes 47 bhp at 7,150 rpm and 52 Nm of peak torque at 5,250 rpm. The chassis is a tubular steel structure, and suspension duties are handled by a 41 mm front fork with 110 mm travel, and twin coil-over rear shocks with 88 mm travel. With 18-inch wheels, and ground clearance of 174 mm, the kerb weight (without fuel) is claimed at 202 kg. Both bikes share the same engine, chassis and cycle parts, with braking duties handled by a 320 mm front disc and 240 mm rear disc, with standard dual-channel ABS.

Apart from the 650 Twins, Royal Enfield has also increased the prices of the Meteor 350 range in India. The increase in prices come barely a couple of months after the motorcycle was launched in November 2020. All three variants of the motorcycle which are the Fireball, Stellar and Supernova, see a price increment. The Royal Enfield Meteor 350 Supernova variant gets the biggest price hike, to the tune of Rs. 3,146. The Fireball and the Stellar variants get a price hike of Rs. 2,927 and Rs. 3,010 respectively.
