Motorcycle boot manufacturers TCX have introduced two new boots to its 2018 range. The new boot range include the track-focused RT Race Pro Air and the slightly more versatile Gore Tex SP Master. Both boots are available on a host of international websites and can be had in a number of colours comprising white/black/blue, white/red/yellow fluo and black, with sizes ranging between 38-49 (UK sizing). The boots have been priced at about $299 (around Rs. 19,500).
The TCX RT Race Pro Air is constructed from lightweight, wear-resistant perforated microfibre with an over injected front panel. The overall styling is in tandem with the previous year's edition, retaining the race-inspired appearance. The Fasten Fit Control internal lacing system on the boot, which is linked to the boot lining by a high-tenacity lace, ensures a precise fit and greater sensitivity too when riding. The boot is also fitted with a micro-adjustable, quick-release aluminium buckle designed to adapt perfectly to various calf shapes. The Race Pro Air is used by Moto2 racer Sam Lowes.

The 2018 TCX boots get internal lining that is Air Tech breathable, soft touch mesh combined with double density foam for superior comfort around the ankle. The boot features the TCX Double Flex Control system - an independent PU ankle frame, for improved front and rear flexibility and enhanced freedom of movement when riding.
The 2018 TCX Gore Tex SP Master all-weather boots feature a soft touch micro-fibre upper section with increased padding on the front and rear for added comfort and flexibility. The upper gaiter gets a wide velcro strap for a close and snug fit around the calf region. Both boots get a Polyurethane Ankle Retention System, heel guard, shin plate with iron mesh air intakes and a PU shift pad integrated into the upper section of the boot. The toe slider is interchangeable and the footbed is replaceable.
