TVS Motor Company has announced updates to the TVS Apache RTR 160 4V, which now comes equipped with a new headlamp assembly with signature daytime running lamp (DRL) and three ride modes. The updated Apache RTR 160 4V with ride modes and DRL, will replace the existing model. TVS has also introduced a new Apache RTR 160 4V Special Edition model, which gets first-in-segment features like adjustable clutch and brake levers, an exclusive matte black colour with red alloy wheels, as well as a new seat pattern.
The updated TVS Apache RTR 160 4V gets three riding modes - Sport, Road and Rain.
Both the standard Apache RTR 160 4V and Special Edtion model get three ride modes (Urban, Sport and Rain), gear shift indicator and radial rear tyre. The top-end variant of the standard Apache RTR 160 4V will get the TVS SmartXonnect Bluetooth connectivity system. The Special Edition model gets the SmartXonnect system as standard. With the updates, prices have also been increased with the base TVS Apache RTR 160 4V (Drum Brake Variant) priced at Rs. 1,15,265 (Ex-showroom, Delhi), going up to Rs. 1,21,372 (Ex-showroom, Delhi) for the Special Edition variant.

The TVS Apache RTR 160 4V Special Edition gets an exclusive matte black colour option, along with span-adjustable clutch and brake levers.
The standard TVS Apache RTR 160 4V is available across three variants, beginning with a front drum brake variant, single-disc (front wheel) variant, and a top-spec variant with front and rear disc brakes. It is available in three colours, Racing Red, Metallic Blue and Knight Black. The Special Edition model now sits even above the dual-disc brake variant, and with added features, like the span-adjustable clutch and brake levers and an exclusive matte black colour with red alloy wheels, costs the most as well.
