At the moment, Bajaj is one of the busiest two-wheeler manufacturers in the country. It recently announced that it will be launching the Dominar 400 (Yes! The name is confirmed) on December 15, 2016, a few days from now. Apart from that, it has also announced that it will soon launch the updated range of Pulsars (Pulsar 150, Pulsar 180 and the Pulsar 220F) across the country, possibly before the year ends. From what we gather, the updated Pulsar 150 has already reached showrooms in Mumbai (Delhi is yet to get them). The prices of the Bajaj Pulsar 150 start at Rs. 73,134 (ex-showroom, Navi-Mumbai).

As far as the updates are concerned, Bajaj will be offering new colours and decals on the Pulsar 150 along with a newly contoured seat and a new exhaust system. The mechanicals remain exactly the same, with the same specifications as on the current model. One thing to note is that the engine, till it is launched, will continue to be a BS III, but will be BS IV compliant come January, 2017. The equipment levels too remain the same, with a part analogue-part digital instrumentation console, backlit switchgear. Braking will be done by a 240mm disc up front and a 130mm drum at the rear, as was in the previous model.

The motorcycle follows an all-black theme, with blacked out engines and parts and is shod with MRF Nylogrip Zapper tubeless tyres.
The design and styling remains the same, more or less. The LED strips for tail lamps remain and so does the front headlamp cluster. The panels are also the same and so are the dimensions.
