On the developing side of the world there are German autobahns where going fast is a right and the other hand people are prevented from going fast. In my opinion, people should stop buying cars that go beyond the speed limit. In such a scenario the government will bear the biggest loss because they would lose out on higher road tax. Any car below Rs.7 lakh can achieve that speed limit. This government thrives on the rich people paying tax and then makes laws against the enjoyment of their wealth. 70kmph limit on an expressway is frivolous rule meant only to raise revenue by imposing fines. Truly pathetic.

Govt should regulate the vehicle speed at manufacturer level. innocent people should not be fined. Car maximum spped limit should be only 80km/h on speedometer itself.
