The Honda Livo is a premium 110 cc commuter motorcycle, positioned above the Honda CD110 Dream. The Honda Livo is powered by a 110 cc single-cylinder, air-cooled engine which gets Honda's enhanced smart power (eSP), Honda Eco Technology (HET) and an ACG starter motor which makes for quiet, smooth 'engine-start' operation. The motor makes 8.67 bhp at 7,500 rpm along with 9.30 Nm at 5,500 rpm. The engine is paired to a 4-speed gearbox. In terms of features, the Livo BS6 gets a DC headlight with a brighter beam, engine start/stop switch, pass switch and a service due indicator. The Honda Livo is available in two variants, with the drum brake variant priced at Rs. 70,799 (Ex-showroom), and the disc brake variant, priced at Rs. 74,999 (Ex-showroom).

The Hero Passion Pro was completely revamped in 2020 with a new engine, new frame, new bodywork and styling, to give it fresh appeal in the premium 110 cc commuter motorcycle segment. The 110 cc, fuel-injected engine puts out maximum power of 9.02 bhp at 7,500 rpm and 9.79 Nm at 5,000 rpm, and gets a four-speed gearbox with an all-up shift pattern. Prices for the Hero Passion Pro begin at Rs. 69,475 (Ex-showroom) for the base drum brake version, going up to Rs. 72,175 (Ex-showroom) for the disc brake variant, while the special edition 100 million edition disc brake variant is priced at Rs. 73,975 (Ex-showroom).

The TVS Star City Plus is positioned just above the TVS Sport, as a premium offering in the 110 cc commuter motorcycle segment
The TVS Start City Plus is a slightly premium 110 cc commuter motorcycle which also offers an alternative to the Hero Splendor Plus. Powered by the same 110 cc engine as the TVS Radeon, the Star City Plus also makes 8.08 bhp at 7,350 rpm, but peak torque of 8.7 Nm comes in marginally higher at 4,500 rpm. The Star City Plus also gets the same four-speed transmission, but ground clearance is slightly lower than the Radeon at 172 mm but still more than the Splendor Plus. The base TVS Star City Plus with drum brakes is priced at Rs. 68,475 (Ex-showroom), while the disc-brake equipped top-spec model is priced at Rs. 70,975 (Ex-showroom).

The Hero Splendor iSmart was one of the first motorcycles to make the transition to Bharat Stage VI (BS6) emission regulations, and now features a new 110 cc, fuel-injected engine, with maximum power output of 9 bhp at 7,500 rpm and enhanced torque of 9.89 Nm at 5,500 rpm. The new motorcycle features the idle start stop system, called the i3S system, with added emphasis on fuel efficiency. The Splendor iSmart drum brake variant is priced at Rs. 68,650 (Ex-showroom), while the disc brake variant is priced at Rs. 71,350 (Ex-showroom).

The engine is paired to a four-speed gearbox, and the CD110 Dream Deluxe also tips the scales with 112 kg kerb weight. The Honda CD110 Dream Deluxe is priced at Rs. 65,248 (Ex-showroom) for the standard variant, while the DLX variant is priced at Rs. 66,248 (Ex-showroom).

Powered by a slightly bigger 110 cc single-cylinder engine, the TVS Radeon also makes marginally more power, with 8.08 bhp at 7,350 rpm and 8.7 Nm at 4,000 rpm. The Radeon boasts of a slightly longer wheelbase (1265 mm), more ground clearance (180 mm, compared to the Hero's 165 mm). The base edition TVS Radeon is priced at Rs. 59,992 (Ex-showroom), while the top-spec disc brake variant is priced at Rs. 69,782 (Ex-showroom).
