Expanding its electric scooter range in India is Komaki with the launch of the Komaki LY electric scooter and Komaki DT 3000 electric scooter, priced at Rs. 88,000 and Rs. 1.22 lakh (ex-showroom, India) respectively. The new electric scooters from Komaki are the Delhi EV maker's third and fourth new product for the Indian market this year alone and are categorised under the high-speed electric scooter segment. With this, the company's EV portfolio in India expands to 18 smart and high-speed EVs as well as two electric rickshaws.

This time the riders will take pride in riding two unmatched vehicles in the segment – DT 3000 with its unique battery and LY with anti-skid functions.”
Komaki LY electric scooter
The Komaki LY electric scooter will be the first e-scooter in the country to have an anti-skid function and is designed for a balanced ride. It is powered by a 62.9V lithium Ferro phosphate battery pack, providing a mileage of 70-90 km on a single charge from its 1500-watt motor, which takes about 4-5 hours to fully charge. It's got disc brakes at both front and rear and sits on telescopic shock absorbers set up at the front and hydraulic shock absorbers at the rear. The Komaki LY electric scooter rides on 12-inch wheels. The Komaki LY electric scooter is available in Garnet Red, Jet Black, and Metal Grey.

The Komaki DT 3000 electric scooter is powered by a 3000-watt BLDC motor and is equipped with a lithium battery of 62V52AH. It has a top speed of 80 kmph and can provide a range of 110-180 km on a single charge. The Komaki DT 3000 electric scooter can be fully juiced up from 0 per cent to 100 per cent in 4-5 hours from a standard 15amp wall socket. Like the Komaki LY electric scooter, the Komaki DT 3000 electric scooter also utilises the same suspension set-up of telescopic shock absorbers at the front and hydraulic shock absorbers at the rear. It comes in four colour schemes- Metal Grey, Translucent Blue, Jet Black, and Bright Red.

Both the Komaki LY and the Komaki DT 3000 electric scooters get connected tech and offer Bluetooth and speakers. Regenerative braking, mobile charge point, reverse assist, cruise control, and lock by remote are a few standard features on both electric scooters.
