MV Agusta will start operations next month with the launch of its showroom range called Motoroyale, initially in Delhi, Mumbai, Pune and Bangalore and then a few other cities in the coming months. Kinetic, which is bringing in MV Agusta bikes to India as Completely Built Units (CBU), Completely Knocked Down kits (CKD) and Semi Knocked Down kits (SKD) will be marketing, selling and providing after sales support for MV Agusta bikes in India.
Kinetic World has confirmed to CarandBike.com that the first showrooms will be inaugurated in January 2016 and the entire range will be available on sale in India. Prices of at least five MV Agusta models have been revealed.
Leading the MV Agusta pack will be the Brutale 800 which is expected to be launched sometime in July 2016, priced between Rs. 13-14 lakh.

The second most-affordable MV Agusta to be offered in the Indian market will be the 148bhp, 800cc F3 800 which will be priced at Rs. 16.2 lakh. The bike will be launched in January 2016 and will reach Indian shores via the SKD route. The price of the MV Agusta F3 800 has been kept competitive due to local assembly of the motorcycle.
Third offering from the MV Agusta stable will be the Brutale 1090 which will be priced between Rs. 18 and 19 lakh. The 1078cc, four-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine delivers 144bhp of maximum power at 10,300rpm and 112Nm of torque. Despite being more expensive than the competition, the Brutale 1090 will still compete with the likes of the Suzuki GSX-S1000, Kawasaki Z1000 and Triumph Speed Triple in the Indian market.
Two other models to be offered by MV Agusta in the Indian market will be the F4 and F4 RR. The top-of-the-line F4 series currently offers three models globally, out of which two will be offered in India.
The MV Agusta F4 will have a 998cc, four-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine delivering 195bhp of maximum power at 13,400rpm and 111Nm of peak torque at 9,600rpm. The iconic F4 will be priced in the Indian market at Rs. 26 lakh.
The more menacing F4 RR, which delivers 201bhp at 13,600rpm and 111Nm at 9,600rpm using the same engine, will be priced at Rs. 34 lakh. Both these bikes will come to India via the CBU route. Surprisingly, one MV Agusta F4 RR has already been delivered to its owner.
Two other models/variants - F4 RC and Dragster - will be made available only after ordering them. If the sources are to be trusted, one MV Agusta F4 RC has already been booked and is on its way to India. If F4 RR's specifications weren't enough to get you kicked, the F4 RC uses the same engine as other F4 models but delivers a whopping 212bhp at the crank. The prices of the F4 RC and the Dragster have not been revealed, but the F4 RC is expected to be priced over Rs. 60 lakh.
