The bespoke treatment is inspired by the 1921 model, including a black grille with aluminium surround, black exterior paint and 20-inch forged black wheels with bronze brake callipers.

Expanding its international motorsport program, Aston Martin has created a new one-make series championship called the Aston Martin Vantage Cup. The series is set to make its debut in Europe first next year before expanding to Asia in 2021. The Aston Martin Vantage Cup will be run by R-Motorsport and will be based on a specially developed version of the Vantage V8. The race-spec Vantage Cup car will be priced around 223,000 Pounds (nearly Rs. 2 crore) before taxes. R-Motorsport plans to have a four cup racing series worldwide over the next four years.
The British car maker's most affordable offering currently, the 2019 Aston Martin Vantage has been officially launched in India with prices starting at Rs. 2.95 crore (ex-showroom). This is the base price on the new Vantage coupe, with a host of optional extras available at a premium. The new Aston Martin Vantage gets a complete overhaul over its predecessor and shares its underpinnings with the DB11, albeit with 70 per cent new components in place. Compared to the last generation version, the 2019 Vantage carries nothing forward barring the door handle. Bookings for the Vantage commence today pan India, while deliveries for the GT will begin in the next two to four months.

All three modern Vantage race cars are based on the Aston Martin Vantage road car and powered by the same 4.0-litre turbocharged V8 engine, and quite obviously optimised by Aston Martin Racing.
In its tenth year now with the Vantage V8, Aston Martin is keeping things interesting with a special edition Vantage GT model. The company says that this is a GT that is lower in terms of price but heightened in terms of performance.
