The tremendous response for the Taycan has compelled Porsche to add to its portfolio even more electric vehicles, especially to the 718 range that includes Boxster and Cayman that will be full-electric by 2025.
The new Porsche 718 Cayman GRS and 718 Booster GTS 4.0 are powered by the same 4.0-litre naturally-aspirated, inline six cylinder petrol engine that belts out 395 bhp and 430 Nm of peak torque.
The Porsche 718 Spyder and the 718 Cayman GT4 models will now also come with the company's tried and tested 7-speed Porsche Dual-Clutch Transmission (PDK), in addition to the existing 6-speed manual transmission.
