Electric mobility start-up Rissala Electric Motors Private Limited (REM) has introduced the Evolet brand in India. The company has a range of e-mobility offerings including the entry-level electric scooters -  Evolet Polo Pony, Polo and Derby; Hawk electric motorcycle and Warrior quad bike. Evolet has commenced operations with its electric range of scooters priced from Rs. 39,499 going up to Rs. 46,499 (ex-showroom). In the first phase of operations, the company will expand its presence across Delhi-NCR, Rajasthan, Punjab, Maharashtra, Uttar Pradesh and Haryana. Within the next two months, Evolet plans to have pan India presence. The electric range is produced at its  manufacturing facility in Bilaspur, Haryana, and is spread over 100,000 sq.ft. The brand claims that its production plant has world-class infrastructure for manufacturing electric vehicles of all kind.
