Tata Tigor XM Variant | GST Cess Increased On Luxury Cars | Audi A5 Launch | CNB Daily

Tata has introduced a new variant to the Tigor - XM. It sits between the XE and the XT variants. The new variant comes with additional features and will be available in both petrol and diesel trims. A hike in the GST cess has been announced by the GST council today and car prices are likely to go up. No change in the cess rates for the smaller cars though. Audi is going to launch the A5 in India. A5 is based on the new A5 and will be launched in two body types - cabriolet and sportback. A5 will be launched in October and we can't wait to find out more.
