Carmakers Maruti Suzuki, Hyundai and Mercedes Benz are offering buyers "teaser loans", a move sources said followed a softening of the Indian central bank's stance on the products in the face of a coronavirus crisis induced economic slump.

The company has resumed single-shift operations at the manufacturing facility, adhering to the applicable government regulations and directions of local authorities, and it has also rolled out 'Start Safe' hygiene and safety guidelines, with more than 60 standard operating procedure (SoP) that will be applicable across the company's operation.
