Mitsubishi unveiled the MiEV Evolution III, ahead of its debut at the Pikes Peak International Hill Climb. The car has been designed to compete in the Electric Modified Division and the MiEV Evolution III is being billed as an "evolved version" of last year's MiEV Evolution II.
Nissan has confirmed their plans to compete with Audi, Porsche and Toyota at Le Mans in 2015. Nissan calls it the GT-R LM Nismo and the company will field two race cars that will bear some resemblance to the road-going model.

Three-time Formula One World Champion Sir Jack Brabham passed away today morning. He was 88. Known for being a fierce competitor, an amazing engineer and finally a brilliant businessman, Sir Brabham remains the only person in F1 to have secured the championship in his own car.
Lewis Hamilton moved in to the championship lead with his fourth consecutive victory as Mercedes dominated the Spanish Grand Prix right from the word go. Hamilton had a cushion of more than 20 seconds over team mate Nico Rosberg, however, that lead was to be threatened in the closing hours of the race.
Having topped the FP3 time charts, Rosberg looked to continue even in the Qualification round, but Hamilton moved quickly in the final lap as he went quickest in the final two sectors to secure pole position.
Lewis Hamilton dominated the FP2 session of the Spanish Grand Prix as he beat team-mate Nico Rosberg by almost half a second in. Hamilton was the quickest in the first session and put in his best lap of 1:25.524 beating Rosberg by 0.449s.
The world's biggest ever parade of Formula One cars will be staged at the Silverstone Classic from the 25th to 27th July. The cavalcade will be led by motorsport legend, 84-year old, Sir Stirling Moss and the event will celebrate 50 Grands prix at Silverstone.
