The Corolla Hybrid is based on the latest-generation Corolla Sport hatchback that is on sale in the Japanese market. The model on display at the ongoing Paris Motor Show is powered by the same powertrain seen on the Toyota Prius, but in a mild-hybrid version unlike the plug-in hybrid that powers the Prius. It's a 1.8-litre, four-cylinder, Dual VVT-i petrol engine coupled with an electric motor that in combination develops 98 bhp at 5500 rpm and 142 Nm of peak torque at 3600 rpm. This engine is mated to an E-CVT gearbox and can accelerate from 0 to 100 kmph in 10.9 seconds. It can hit a top-speed of 180 kmph.
Porsche has finally confirmed that the 911 Speedster will enter production, but those eyeing it will have to hurry up as it will have a limited production run. Only 1948 units will be made. The 911 Speedster was showcased at the 2018 Paris Motor Show. The Porsche Speedster is painted in sporty red with the cockpit finished in black leather with red stitching and highlights on the seats and central console. Further giving it an aggressive stance are the massive 21-inch cross-spoke wheels earlier seen on the 911 GT3 R and the RSR Racer that are shod in ultra-low profile tyres with really thin side walls.
The second generation Audi Q3 has officially made its public debut at the ongoing Paris Motor Show 2018. The new Audi Q3 is based on the Volkswagen Group's modular transverse matrix and has grown in dimensions, in order to differentiate itself from the Q2, and a lot sportier compared to its predecessor.
The compact Audi SQ2 has a wheelbase of 2,594 millimetres, allowing for a spacious interior. The luggage compartment has a volume of 355 to 1,000 litres depending on the position of the two or three-way split rear backrests.
Kia has finally pulled the wraps off the all-new ProCeed Shooting Brake model at the 2018 Paris Motor Show. It was last that we first saw the car in its concept form at the 2017 Frankfurt Motor Show, and now the production version of the car is in front of us.
The Honda CR-V Hybrid version has been showcased at the ongoing 2018 Paris Motor Show. At the time of the fifth-generation Honda CR-V's global debut, the Japanese carmaker had confirmed that the SUV will get a hybrid version as well, and now at Paris, the carmaker has revealed the production-spec SUV.
