Mercedes-Benz India has expanded its electric vehicle line-up with the launch of the new EQE SUV. It’s the fourth electric vehicle to be launched by the German luxury carmaker, we recently got to spend a day with it in extremely beautiful Gulmarg, Kashmir. The EQE is loaded with luxury creature comforts, offers good performance, and it’s kind of a do-it-all luxury electric SUV. The all-electric Mercedes-Benz EQE offers a range of 550 km, goes for 0-100 kmph in 4.9 seconds, and has a top speed of 210 km. It’s priced in India at Rs. 1.39 crore (ex-showroom).

In production since the middle of last decade, GLC is the SUV equivalent of a C-Class. It succeeded the now-discontinued GLK and slotted between the smaller GLA and bigger GLE SUVs. With the second generation, it now sits between the 3-row GLB and GLE. The previous generation GLC was Mercedes’ global best seller for two years in a row before signing off.
