The TVS Apache RTR 200 4V has been awarded the NDTV Motorcycle of the Year up to 250cc for 2017. The Apache RTR 200 4V is TVS's flagship motorcycle, launched earlier this year, and available in as many as eight variants (including a carburetted and fuel-injected versions). Both variants have the same 198 cc single-cylinder engine with near identical power figures - around 20bhp power and 18Nm of torque.
The Mustang impressed the CNB Awards Jury at the Buddh International Circuit too. Not only is it a great point and shoot muscle car, the Mustang with its new independent rear suspension also goes around corners well (and sideways) enough to put a large smile on everyone's face. And hence, our jury chose it as the NDTV Performance Car of the Year 2017.

The NDTV Car And Bike Award for the Full-Size SUV of the Year 2017 went to the new Ford Endeavour. Ford launched the new generation Endeavour at the beginning of this year in a bid to take on the segment leader, the Toyota Fortuner.
The Honda Navi certainly surprised each one of us with its arrival this year and it was really hard to determine if we should call it a scooter or a motorcycle. Well, the jury certainly had a problem then and the Car and Bike Awards 2017 saw the addition of an all-new category - Mini Bike of the Year.
Maruti Suzuki's Vitara Brezza won the best sub-compact SUV of the year at the NDTV Car and Bike Awards 2017. The compact SUV segment has been growing rapidly in India and the Vitara Brezza has taken the fight to this segment by sliding under the 4 metre mark.
