Verdict
The ES 300h is the only car in that segment that comes with a petrol-hybrid powertrain. The way it drives is smooth, and there's no doubting its stylish looks, because everyone on the road will stop and take another look at it. The level of comfort offered on the car is absolutely mind boggling. However, there's a lot to achieve for yet for Lexus in India like improving its service network, something that its rivals has and that's probably the only Achilles heel it has.

The Lexus LX, priced at Rs 2.82 crore ex-showroom, occupies a unique position in the luxury SUV market, particularly in India. The LX's price tag is reflective not just of the vehicle itself, but of the exclusivity and prestige associated with the Lexus brand, especially in a niche segment where these attributes are highly valued. It's more than just an SUV; it's a symbol of luxury and status.
